New to the label but not to the brand one of the go-to DJs when it’s lineup time Mikey Palermo hits the internet with his inaugural release on No Neon Records. A departure from the bouncing Tech House Palermo has been smashing into the ears of his listeners “Static Room” takes him into new depths with a deeper more melodic house sound. Setting it up with some lofi drums the mood of the song is set with rich bass and a reverb-soaked vocal in the break and pulsing arpeggiators carry you into the finale. If this is the new Mikey we’re all for it.

Thats how Xephyr would describe him self as a DJ and producer. Never afraid to go one deeper, his music reflects his emotive self. With a wide range of experience Xephyr has rocked everything from house parties to esteemed clubs such as DNA Lounge and 111 Minna St. 

Through the years he showed no signs of slowing down. Recently moving to Los Angles Xephyr is continuing to hone his craft and push his music into new artistic realms. In March 2020 Xephyr released his second official single "Get Down" gaining direct support from Insomniac radio including a feature on Pasquale's Playlist Playlist & NightOwl Radio. With more releases lined up Xephyr is primed to take the dance music scene by surprise.
