To have the opportunity to remix some of Carl Finlow's music was a genuine honour. Despite my remix not being included in the MIDI ARCHEOLOGY 7x12” Vinyl Record Box (released via Alek Stark & Fundamental Records) the whole process was a joy from start to finish. Congratulations to the remixers that are on the release - the artistry on show there is next level - mind-blowing music all-round. And sincere thanks to Carl and Alek - the whole concept behind the release and the competition was great.

Carl Finlow - Dark Matter (S.Crosbie remix)

Stu Crosbie (dark arts) has been absorbed in dance music for close to 20 years.  He cut his teeth as a mid-90s resident at London’s genre-defining Blue Note in Hoxton. Along with a close-knit group of fellow obsessives, he started the Shady Brain Farm parties which offered the Farringdon area of London an alternative for the early 2000s.

The End, Lost, Tresor – all game-changing clubs that have had a major effect.

Too many amazing labels and producers to mention. 

His early production work under the marbles name, along with fellow producer Shockt (240 Volts), received props from DJ Magazine and featured on the playlists of the likes of Swayzak, with plays in Fabric, Robert Johnston and Watergate to name a few.
