'Zodiac Sounds' est de retour sur Dia Radio avec ce mois-ci le passage en Bélier, 'Aries' en Anglais. En astrologie, c'est le tout premier signe du zodiaque, associé au renouveau et à l'élément feu, il introduit le printemps et apporte une énergie impulsive, fougueuse et vive. Les personnes nées sous le signe du Bélier sont des êtres entiers. Quand elles ont une idée en tête, elles n'en démordent pas facilement. Chef de file des autres signes astrologiques, le Bélier signifie le commencement, le départ, l'ouverture des choses. C'est un signe d'action plus que de réflexion ; d'extérieur plutôt que d'intérieur ; d'efficacité plutôt que de précision.

Pour cette édition j'ai le plaisir d'inviter @freyacaldwell qui nous a concocté un mix depuis son homebase Bristol. DJ de talent et résidente de @1020_radio , elle voyage dans ses mix à travers des paysages oniriques sombres et astraux, entre le royaume de la deep techno psychédélique et la transe spiralisante.

Most people don't really figure out how HKS97 belongs to ://about blank but it's still obvious that he is just as much part of this club as the red caravan in the garden. Research brought to light that he actually worked as a writer for events at ://about blank. And of course often, but not often enough, he steps behind the DJ decks of his favorite club as well. Together with Yobovski he earned some fame with with the Leftfield and Dance music project Freude am Sitzen, named in reference to a, back then well known, Tech-House label from Thuringia. Today his musical journeys explore Electro, Breakbeat, House and Synth Wave territories while his love for sinister Ambient sounds shines through from time to time.

Diamin returns with her show Circadian Rhythm! How does the presence or absence of light regulates our internal biological processes and moods?
Circadian rhythms are endogenous time-keeping systems that synchronize most organisms, from unicellular cyanobacterium to humans, to the external solar cycle. Since light information is the most potent synchronizing factor, biological clocks coordinate the individual’s internal physiological and biochemical processes according to light and dark cycles.

The show is divided into two sets of 1 hour and the musical selection of each DJ reflects those moments: day or night. In this episode Diamin (CL) is in charge of the first part of the program, and F.a.n.g.o. of the second.
