After just over a year in lockdown, we present LOVLTD, a new series of records focused towards igniting the dancefloor, featuring artwork by old skool graffiti legends ‘All World Experts’ or A.W.E - most notably Keen and Check.

Kicking off the new series we have Romford born, Bristol based producer Ben Pest presenting 4 slabs of lysergic bass-driven techno. Ben has released a string of records very recently across a variety of labels gaining support from the likes of IMOGEN, Bicep and Fabric Nightclub.

A1 ‘Rugged’ drabs a chunky square 303 atop a thundering kick drum and strobing flickers of percussion carefully brooding the rave into an acid fuelled fervor. A2 ‘On The Three’ boasts a catchy groove reminiscent of mid-noughties wonky warehouse phunk. With almost cartoon-like melodies it will put a smile on the most cynical of ravers mushes.

On the flip side, it begins with ‘83 Is The Wan’ with an earth shaking kick drum in a New York club pattern and an acid trance-line that’ll have you weaving spirit entities for many a dance to come. The final track ‘More Horrors’ is a full on, no-nonsense party banger. Weighty old skool techno bounce with a deep murky bassline and acid squelches keeping the dancefloor on it’s toes in unison.

It has been a difficult few months for the Syhda Music team and we were forced to take a break, but once again we come back stronger and with a lot of new material for this coming year that we hope will be very special.

We are very excited to present "Ethereal Matter", a compilation of 6 tracks by Various Artists that we have been making with great care during this time and that further establishes the foundations of our label's identity. We invite you to discover this eclectic and futuristic EP where we have gathered very personal works that are different from each other. We welcome to our label the well known No Rules, Itti and the newcomer Elizar Mel, who present us with some very exquisite tunes that accompany the incredible works made by Yin Yang Audio, Spinnet, YHVHSQUAD and The Egg that return to our label with a very innovative and powerful material as always. We hope you enjoy it and we thank you again for the support you give us, have a happy new year friends!!!

No Rules & Itti - Gagaku [SYH007]
Here we leave you with the last track of this compilation, presented by the already well known and experienced No Rules & Itti, whom we welcome as they make their debut on our label after their extensive career having released works on some of the most important labels from the most experimental Drum & Bass scene. The Russian and the Japanese present us with "Gagaku", a tune with a spectacular sound design, which transports us to a chaotic and decadent experience, in the purest style of science fiction soundtracks, a work that offers a fitting end to this incredible compilation.

Bringing forth the headstrong Jon Linskey, also renowned under an array of pseudonyms including Sectra, Ashen Gaze and Ponticrator. Linskey proves his mettle in a volley of white-hot off the press alloys encompassing dreaded drift, ragga-inspired bludgeonry, ferric grit intensity, and unapologetic sub pressure. To wrap things up, Luke Lund lets loose &ampquot;&ampquot;Entropy and Flux&ampquot;&ampquot;, rapid-firing distilled temporal forms of sound as it lives and breathes in search of equilibrium. 
With an expansive career spanning since 2009, and creating art even longer, Linskey bears an impressive back catalogue gracing the esteemed labels like Tectonic, DNO and Industrial Coast. He&amp#39;s made a name for himself in the realm of equally important visual design and layout for both himself and working as the main art director behind releases and merch from Trisicloplox and Cronos Compulsion to name a couple. Recent endeavors include mixing and mastering services. Flagbearer for the sullen and doomed, Linskey offers stone cold sidespins on dub from the paranoiac dronesphere, charged blasts of wrought iron drumming, and gargantuan chest rattlers for the foolhardy. But most importantly an escape from the constraints of conformism and an open-hearted invitation to all who chase that unbridled release.
