Perth's Scenic are back, posting a nod to their passion for acid tinged, dancefloor bangers and an evolution in sound from their widely acclaimed single “Shockwaves”. “Ride The Thrill” carries a bassline not out of place at a filthy Manchester warehouse rave, with those snappy indie-vocal-vibes that have trademarked all releases to date keeping this equally suited to your neighbourhood pool-party.

Released just in time for their appearances on the Red Bull Music Academy Presents Future Classic stage at this year’s Laneway Festival, and with a wave of support coming from the likes of Pitchfork and Prefix Mag, 2014 is looking pretty rosey!

@iamjameal_cpt is a producer from Compton ca.  he is building a cult like fan base with his revolutionary lyrics, nostalgic unorthodox production style and thoughts about South Los Angeles Politics, even taking aim at politicians. credited as one of the pioneers of the "New LA" sound, and has even been compared to prince or Marvin Gaye.  his ability to produce and craft records outside of the hip hop realm is a unique skill Jameal was born with being that he has had no formal musical training.
