BCCO Premiere: DLV & FANK - Between The Lines [SRVA02]

For its sixth extended play, Introspective welcomes back Specific Objects with his latest release, entitled "Overcoming". A five-track EP that channels both his artistic development and his sharpened sense for dance floor-driven productions.

Built around three original productions, Overcoming brings together precise percussion, heavy low-end pressure, and reflective textures. The EP stays true to Specific Objects’ sound while pushing into new, bolder territory. Each track balances emotional tension with dancefloor intent, tracing a path between resistance and release.

Rounding off the project, two heavy-weight remixes bring distinct reinterpretations: DLV injects peak-time urgency, while Rudosa's “In The Groove Mix” deepens the hypnosis with his trademark rolling pressure. Together, they reinforce the EP’s tension between control and catharsis. A fitting addition to the evolving Introspective catalog.

"Overcoming" EP is now available for pre-order on Bandcamp, and will be fully released on the 1st of August across all streaming platforms.

DLV is a Vienna-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer known for his precise, groove-driven approach to techno. His sound draws from 90s and early 2000s techno, translated into a modern context.

He has released music on labels such as Exhale, Outworld, and Voxnox, with tracks supported by artists including Amelie Lens, Anetha, Dax J, and Hector Oaks. Early releases such as Rave Instructor and Der Teufel (Gazometer ’98 Mix) earned him his place within the international underground scene.

DLV has performed across Europe, the United States, and Asia, including major appearances on platforms such as Boiler Room. Alongside his artist career, he runs MISGUIDED, an event and record label focused on underground club music while sidestepping trends.

As a DJ, DLV is recognized for his strong technical abilities, drawing on a background as a hip-hop DJ and now moving toward vinyl-based performances.
