Smashing her way across sound systems with both relentless rage and dizzying pyrotechnics, Ukrainian-born and based jockey Genetica knows no rest when it comes to submerging dance floors under avalanches of lava-hot uptempo grooves and hydraulic kicks from hell. Geared for big-room rumble and foundation-shaking traction, she makes a point of steering crowds into altered states of consciousness through each and every of her sets, always carrying that sixth sense for what makes today’s ravers quiver in ecstasy.

This vinyl-only mix by Laure will bring you in the mood to party or spice up your afterparty. It’s a mix of primarily old-school techno and some newer releases. As we know her sound to be fast, trippy and sexy, she definitely did not fail to deliver that sound in this set too. 

Living by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’. Her intention when she takes to the decks is to initiate the liberation that comes from the most powerful dance floor experiences when clothes come off and the energy reaches a fever pitch. Her sound is a constant rush of high-intensity techno spanning the mid-90s to the mid-00s, mixed with the tactile, precarious thrill of vinyl. Continually digging for the tracks which fit her particular creative vision, she holds true to techno’s inherent futurism by creating something new and ever-evolving from the music she plays–pulling together the pieces of the puzzle from decades of techno culture carved into a near-infinite pool of uptempo, forward-facing machine music.

4.4 tt23 is a driving fusion of hardgroove pulse and stripped-down acid techno attitude. Currently without the classic 303, it delivers raw percussive energy, hypnotic loops, and a futuristic edge designed for dark rooms and peak-hour floors. Relentless and uncompromising, 4.4 tt23 cuts straight to the core. will probably add a 303 to this and do some more once my new toy arrives ;)

Tham is an up-and-coming artist from Berlin, where he’s also one half behind the infamous SYNOID series and resident at Griessmuehle.

As he discovered his love for electronic music on the city’s dancefloors, his style of DJing is all about the dancefloor: creating an energetic flow using industrial tunes and aggressive synth sounds. 

The same goes for his productions, which made him part of the rising techno label “Lebendig”.

Part of the Exil Paris collective, Felicie is one of the most promising dj and producer in the hot Parisian scene.

Her first track ‘Always Online for You’ has been released on Mord Records, part of the Herdersmat Part 23-29, and is a perfect representation of Felicie’s techno : relentless, pounding and raw.

While being one of the winners in the latest Soma Records remix competition, her unreleased material has been supported by household names such as Dax J, Bas Mooy and Cleric.

After playing for several collectives in France, Felicie has now had international bookings in Madrid, London, Montreal or Utrecht, and has played in renowned clubs as Griessmuehle, Jaded, Basis or La Machine du Moulin Rouge.

From high tempo grooves to industrial, Felicie developed her own style, always focusing on giving the crowd an uncompromising and energetic set.

She is now fully focused on working towards her first solo release.
