The name CRITONIA portoricense is an endemic plant from Puerto Rico, known for its resilience. Given it’s characteristics of the plant, opted for it's name to honor mothers nature gifts. Being CRITONIA portoricense known as “Guerrero”; Spanish word for warrior. CRÎTØNÏA is Nicole Vega Reyes.
