I wrote this song as a release at a time I was dealing with depression and I found it difficult to express myself to anyone verbally what I was going through, because my friends and family were used to me being their source of strength they overlooked me going through my internal struggle. The situation left me feeling hopeless and resulting in me being hospitalised. May this song serve as a reminder to those with friends going through depression to be present and attentive because you may save a life. Check on your strong friends
