Microwave Mondays is an online sample-based beat battle/showcase hosted by Sessions LA (www.sessionsla.com).  The showcase is guest judged by renowned producers, DJs, record collectors, music journalists, et al, each go around. The judges are also the sample selectors.  We try to put up a new installment every other Monday, but sometimes that doesn't happen due to scheduling issues, among other things.
