When Forbidden Society, Donny and Katharsys launched their heavy hitting drum & bass / crossbreed - and even sometimes hardcore - supergroup 3RDKND in 2018, it was clear the world was in for a heavy ride. Their ‘Remnant’ EP hit the stores in 2019 and it was only a matter of time before remixes followed, and they did.  After Abis had the honour of doing the first remix for the 3RDKND outfit on ‘Prophets Of The Doom Remixes Part 2’, it is now finally time for a full remix EP with nothing but flips of 3RDKND originals, and boy does it deliver. The full spectrum of dark, obscure and heavy hitting drum 'n bass gets covered. From heavily techno infused Pythius and Forbidden Society reworks to outright hardcore / breakcore remixes by Deathmachine and The Satan, the entire release takes no prisoners from start to finish.  Neonlight bring their own brand of heavy deep roller vibes to the party, while Hallucinator do what they do best: elevate crossbreed to the highest possible standard. To top off this masterclass in tearout destruction, we are treated by Katharsys and Donny VIP's with snares flying around like a hand grenade explosion, and to top it off Forbidden Society treats us to a second VIP by his hand, further exploring the murkier vibes started by Neonlight on this release.  One thing is perfectly clear: this is not for the faint of heart, but it has the potential to enchant even those who would normally not dare to venture into this realm of the drum & bass spectrum.

Hospitals are drastically full of patients and government cannot find the cure for the unknown sickness. Doctors tried almost everything, when suddenly one patient got suddenly up and started mumbling. "The end is near..." sickman said.
Title track of the EP "Sickman" is a vintage like club destroyer from russian producers Inerpois & Backup. It scarily describes the current situation in the world. Second track "Misconception" is energetic roller collaboration with Pezutek and has a bigger mortality on the dancefloor than every other sickness out there. "Land Is Hard" is the last contribution on the EP from Backup featuring a singer Swetti Illinois with dark and atmospheric vocals.

Katharsys is a name already firmly etched into the Othercide
annals, having released his widely received 'Metallicity' LP back in 2016. Fast forward to 2020 and it's time to fire up the reactors with a slew of new remixes spread over four speaker busting EP's! These tracks will span the genres of Drum & Bass and Hardcore, with the recent competition winners being included on Volume 2 and Volume 4.

First up, Bosnian native and production savant, Billain, takes aim at 'Psychosis VIP'. Eerie, industrial pads pave the way to a system thumping drop, executed with the engineering precision that has become the hallmark of any Billain release. Old skool drum edits, cool synths and enough energy to fuel a rocket, this track has it all.

Next stop, Berlin! Current Value: a man renowned for his rich, deep back catalogue and incredible production skills, both of which being the envy of many. Already a staple in the Othercide camp, Tim returns and dials things up to 11 with his blistering remix of 'Slope'. Everything you'd expect from a CV track with his trademark drums and searing blines; enough to tear a whole in the spacetime continuum.

Another member of the Othercide family, Disprove, makes a welcome return, this time to take his hand to 'Magnitude', and he does so in outstanding fashion! Doomesque intro soundscapes and a drop that
firmly puts the funk into Neuro. Sexy filter work and edits throughout keep the listeners interests firmly piqued. 

And finally, we head over to the Netherlands where scene stalwart and Othercide Records compadre, Sinister Souls takes 'Galactic Subduction' to a whole other level. Razor sharp intro FX, complete with searing leads gives way to a militant signature Sinister Souls drop. Aimed squarely at the Neuro gang, this one is guaranteed to ignite any dance floor.
