Santa Niña - Tehilim [OUT: 30/10/2020]

With Tehilim, the Coatepec-based producer Santa Niña presents a portentous incantation of resolution and hope with five emotional electronic pieces that exposes the most encouraging and sensitive side of her music. Tehilim is an inciting yet blissful statement about the enlightenment that comes within pain and restoration in the shape of deep melodic encounters and immersive club explorations.

Tehilim is a release inspired by a song Águeda heard inside a dream where she wandered through frozen landscapes in a skin that kept her warm. This mystical premonition encouraged her to put together a renovated sound for her music in contrast to her previous dark approaches.

The release includes three remixes: The approach of Chilean producer Syntrovert is a complex, acidic and escalated reinterpretation of Unity. Santa Niña longtime musical colleague Monkey Junkie Funky from Xalapa conceived the most sensitive elements of the release with a mesmerizing vocal remix of Entropy and El irreal Veintiuno made a 10-minutes composition out of Arma Nación that evolves from settle breaks to a heartwarming ambient piece.
