This Is That is a current affairs program that doesn't just talk about the issues, it fabricates them. Nothing is off limits--politics, business, culture, justice, science, religion--if it is relevant to Canadians, we'll find out the "This" and the "That" of the story.

Each week, hosts Pat Kelly and Peter Oldring introduce you to the voices and stories that give this country character in this 100% improvised, satirical send-up of public radio.

A.M. takes bits of music from here and there, and puts them into a computer. Next, he plays some instruments to go along with the bits of music, adds a funky beat or two, and dances around in his room with much enthusiasm.

A.M.'s music has been featured in film, theatre, on radio and television. He has incited dancing at venues across Toronto, and has been featured as part of the Wavelength series, North by Northeast, and Toronto Indie Week festivals. A.M.'s music has also been featured on CBC radio and in the Globe & Mail, which made his parents very proud. He has also done remixes for a number of artists from various styles. He'd very much like to remix your music, and if you feel the same way, just ask him.

By day, A.M. teaches 8th grade English and Social Studies in Toronto. Some of his students think it's pretty cool that he makes music. But on the other hand, he's a grown-up, so it can't be all that cool.

If you are a fan of Lemon Jelly, Groove Armada, DJ Shadow, Mr. Scruff, or other electronic/hip hop/ambient instrumental artists, chances are you will like A.M. But you don't have to.

A.M.'s music will make you think and dance at the same time, which is fun, but looks rather silly.

Radiolab is a show about curiosity. Hosts Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich use state-of-the-art sound design, mind-bending story-telling, and a sense of humor to ask big questions and blur the boundaries between science, philosophy, and human experience. Radiolab is produced in New York at WNYC, and heard on over 300 public radio stations across the country.
