I always loved his sequencing;
I added some stuff, made the arrangement and added vocals.
Early computed-audio-area, based on a g3. Additional MPC2000 and Sequential Studio 440.
One of our poppest pop. (As far, as we were able to.)
In the studio (an ex-cinema, berlin film festivals) I was told to make website-programming ... without any www- or phone-connection. Very funny. ;)))

Mixing computed music (in late 80ies/early 90ies) was somehow "static", because every level-change (at the, in average, 16-channel mixing device)  altered the overall-planed dynamic history.

We had these !!Keep Hands OFF!!-signs  lying around in the studio ...

So, one didn´t touch his 100mm-ALPS-faders, but watched (instead) channel-corresponding 7bit-MIDI-data for panning and levels in the (better than today) editors .. how CRAZY.

Later on hardware was dieing away - VA ruled production environments.

I STILL PREFER THE HARDWARE.
I can go to check a malfunction with my eyes and/or a spanner.
Not with an IT-prof and associated "hotlines" for pain-in-the-ass-updates.

You hear hardware only.
(... a better console and monitoring would have been fine)
Heard in-place   (...= where I did that)   it is perfect.

What PA do you use for online-blubber-rehearsals ???

Music friend handed me a master-tape he had recorded once playing bass, drums and guitar by himself.
I remastered it digitally, remixed it, added my voice and some samples.
