‘Stormurinn’ is taken from Ásgeir’s ‘In The Silence – Deluxe Edition’ released via One Little Indian on the 24th November.
 
Recorded back in 2012 for the original Icelandic album, ‘Dyrd í dauðathogn’, ‘Stormurinn’ was removed from the track list at the last moment in favour of ‘Að grafa sig í fönn’ (‘Head In The Snow’).
 
The 3 CD ‘Deluxe Edition’ comprises the original 2012 Icelandic version, ‘Dyrd í dauðathogn’ – the album that made him Ásgeir a folk hero back home – plus the English-language version, ‘In The Silence’ and a 3rd CD of rarities and previously unheard material including remixes from Liam Howe (FKA Twigs, Lana Del Ray, Foxes) & Dot Major (London Grammar).

“Take Off” (Release 3.3.17) ist die erste Single aus dem dritten Dobré Studioalbum “Who Killed The Acrobat?”, das im Mai 2017 erscheinen wird. Eine dringliche und leidenschaftliche Indie-Folk-Hymne für alle, die nicht fassen können, wie weit der Sommer noch weg ist. Mit ihrem drückenden, reduzierten Live-Sound beschwören Dobré auf “Take Off” eines der größten Pop-Themen überhaupt: Ausbrechen, Abhauen, Ausloggen - aus dem System da draußen und dem im eigenen Kopf. “Dancing In The Dark” lässt grüßen. Live erleben kann und sollte man Dobré im Frühjahr 2017 in Wasserburg, Augsburg, Berlin, München, Konstanz und Dachau.

“Take Off” (release 3/3/17) is the first single taken from Dobré’s third full length album “Who Killed the Acrobat”, which is to be released in May 2017. It’s an indie folk anthem full of urgency and passion for all those out there who can’t believe just how far away summer still is. Dobré use a powerful yet reduced live sound on “Take Off” to take on one of the great topics in pop music: escaping the system in and around you - think “Dancing In The Dark”. Dobré are touring southern Germany with a visit to Berlin in spring 2017.
