Hatchetman is a dynamic trio consisting of Jono Tait, Matt and Nick Catto. Together, the three are able to conjure otherworldly harmony in a distinctly acoustic idiom. Their music is rootsy and straight from the heart. Soulful songwriting and introspective lyricism combine to draw the listener right into the nucleus of their world.

There is no lead vocalist in Hatchetman. The exquisite and seamless blend of the three voices is what truly defines their sound. A fellow muso was moved to comment that "we haven't heard that sound since Crosby, Stills and Nash!" Influences range widely, from Neil Young, CSN and The Beatles to Sting and the Red Hot Chili Peppers; there's truly something for everyone.

Nocterminal the solo Project of Rhys Beaumont Cotten has taken many years to find a style he was happy with. His main mentor Dash Hawkins aka Glitch has given him a greater understanding on production and audio manipulation. Rhys started DJing early 2013 playing other artists tracks but focusing mainly on his production. Rhys comes from a metal background and used to be a drummer in local bands around Cape Town.  He has always been passionate about music and his first trance party was in 2004 and that is when he fell in love with the music\culture instantly. He hopes his musical journey will last far into his future and aims to keep improving his knowledge of production.
