Studio Pandora is a free-to-visit hybrid between an off- and online stage in TivoliVredenburg. In the former smoking area on the sixth floor podcasts about music are developed, DJs are given free reign and a stage is created for conversations about culture and/or Utrecht. Studio Pandora was created thanks to the experiences of TivoliVredenburg in recent times. A souvenir of the COVID era, which artist Dewy Elsinga has turned into a colourful and warm headquarter, by which we’d like to offer a kickstart to starting, experimenting and often local creatives.

About the mix: "I approach playing new unfamiliar places with a wide open approach, initially I started with disco house, new and old latin house then moved into a little bit of a harsher sound while still maintaining musicality and dancibilty. Around the hour mark I looked out into the club and decided to take the tempo and vibe down a bit to a more chilled out sound with more traditional deep house. Whatever the circumstances through the night I maintained my playlist focus and pulled off a set that I believe represents my sound. Featuring tracks by Kerri Chandler, Blaze, Louie Vega, Martinez Brothers, Heller & Farley + a whole lot more."

Did you miss me? Heres the archive of my first show back on Threads radio after a break the past few months due to demolition of the old studio and space. Gonna be every 4 weeks as before. Only one hour for the moment as it is currently a stripped back schedule. Should be going back up to the old 2 hours at some point in the near future. Accustomed to clubs and festivals, she has performed on the scene of Macadam (Nantes), General Food, Sacré and International (Paris) with artists such as Courtesy, Paloma Dove, Madam X, Licaxxx and Kiko.
Winner of the 2022 Astropolis Springboard, Matilda has joined the DÔME Astropolis family performing on the festival stage last summer.

We are very excited to announce December's mix, with a very special friend of ours d.phylleia. Her debut mix is a vinyl only high paced journey through dark electro.

"Hey, I’m Dani from London and I DJ under d.phylleia.

I wanted this mix to be a mini exploration into electro/electro breaks.

The track list includes artists ScanOne, Subliminal Criminal, Urban Disturbance and Kable. Most of these records pitch themselves between electro and breakbeat, drawing upon various influences from the genre’s very rich past.

There are electro hitters from Umwelt, Dirty Hospital, W1b0, and Wee DJs - and I think all the tracks hit a sweet spot being both gritty and funky.

I’ve really enjoyed planning this mix for my dear friends here at Dock34. I hope you enjoy it too."
