<div>A Missouri couple has been ordered by a federal judge to grow grass in their yard &ndash; even though one of them is allergic to it. Carl and Janice Duffner of St. Peters, Missouri have a flower garden in their yard. The couple have lived in their home since 2002 and planted the garden because Janice is allergic to grass, but a city ordinance says that yards must be at least 50 percent grass. Their attorney is appealing the ruling. Doc and Kris talk about this example of government going too far on today&rsquo;s show.<hr>
