The Album: The Love Criminal tells a story of someone (Doctor Jaymoe) who was once in a healthy and excellent relationship but it unfortunately came to an end when his ex-girlfriend called it off. Jaymoe was in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend for 6 years and when it ended, Doctor Jaymoe felt hurt and heart broken and it took him 3 years to get over her. This made Jaymoe feel like a Love Criminal because he tried all he could to move on but his efforts to do so bore no fruits. In his Album: The Love Criminal, Jaymoe covers what it was like to be with his ex-girlfriend and his plans to marry her. Some of the songs are fantasies of life had he married his ex-girlfriend. Jaymoe also covers what he did after the relationship ended. Jaymoe went into partying and clubbing a lot all with an effort to forget her. However, Doctor Jaymoe discovered that the party life only gave him a part time joy so he decided find his “Sugar Baby” as in the flavor that sweetens tea, coffee etc. Jaymoe realized that, no matter what he does, he’s gotta move on a find the flavor of his life that would make his love life sweetest.
