The Moral Minority (1985-1986) consisted of Paul Champlin on vocals, Dave Mester on guitar and backing vocals, and Dan Kaplan on drums and backing vocals.  We played one show in Daren Carlson's garage.  I recall his father was fond of us.  We had some catchy original tunes.  This is a RAW rehearsal tape I recorded at 10 and a half mile road just outside of Detroit city.  It is largely improvised.  You can hear pauses when Dave is trying to anticipate what the singer will do next.  The lyrics also are stream of consciousness.  We were too young to appreciate our rawness and the band dissolved before it fully matured.   As per usual, all material is copywrite protected -Dan Kaplan
