Aerial Maps started out as a project between sydney songwriter/poem Adam Gibson and Hummingbirds frontman Simon Holmes. After lying dormant for a few years, the Sydney lockdown brought forth more songs and more band members and a new album.

Adam joined Lindsay McDougall to talk about the band, his poetic style of vocals, and the moments that led to the stories that led to the songs, like Simon Holmes' sad passing, trips up and down the highway, and getting ripped off by a mechanic and wrecking yard.
