This year at burning man was an incredible year. One born on countless hours of preparation and building to get the new Heart Phoenix out to the Burn and set up. We built a new art car pretty much from the ground up. This required design, fabrication, fundraising and a jillion other things. What a massive undertaking and none of it possible without the energy and love from the SF burning man community and from the community surrounding the Heart Phoenix project. The significance and beauty of the Heart Phoenix art car design is owed to Adam Ebel and his relentless drive towards delivering the vision with quality and perfection. Thanks also to all the DJs who blessed the bus with their music, from the crew at Heart Phoenix to all the artists from the community. You guys all rocked it!

The REXAN art car was filled with a wild group of human animals as it was on fast approach to the trash edge of Burning Man at dawn on Saturday Morning before the sun showed itself to the world.

We had been out all night through some of the most intense dust storms and this was my last set of many throughout the week. My heart was full and open for what's next. Stay Rad.  - Vitamindevo

One my favorite places in the world is behind the decks aboard the Phoenix bus at Burning Man on Burn Night. The crowds on  are alway super full of energy and ready to burst. Its a great time to throw down some bangers. Every so often the bus ventures to a new beat,  we find a new place to settle in and build a floor. As a DJ you get the chance to try different flavors and vibes, for me it was banging tech house to melodic deep house. Its a great opportunity to move fluidly through collection without barriers and expectations. 

Wow. BM 2014. This  years burn was an epic one. We united two big crews from the west coast and the east coast into a  global Heart Phoenix. Some spectacular parties where had thanks to some fabulous sparkle ponies, a few unicorns, an amazing set of DJs, eager party people,  bartenders, yogis and coogis. The family doubled in size and what a pleasure it was to be a part of helping it happen and realizing the collective vision. 

Many many thanks: to the crew leads who made the camp projects happen,  thanks to everyone who camped with us, thanks to those who helped with all the chores, thanks for all the hugs, smiles, compliments squeezes, kisses, spanks and high fives!  Thanks for mooping, fluffing, dancing, eating, drinking. Thanks for bringing the merriment. I cant wait to do it again!

Playing one of the first sets & seeing the room, decor and the big bad subs of Room 2, years of fantastical lore and reality melded, I wanted to keep it sexy, wonky, trippy— imagining a psychic electric swamp and how one would levitate thru it... to the sky. This set features a collection of new tracks I've gathered for this year's Burn. There's plenty more to come to surprise you on the deep playa. Like many of you, I have a long drive to the Burn. This year, for the past four or five Burns, I'm driving down from Seattle. I'm excited to get Rexan and the crew rolling again, hear our friends play beautiful tunes, and watch the sunrise. With that in mind, it's essential to have good road tunes for those miles. Enjoy this mostly chiller set and get home safe!

Für die Ewigwachgebliebenen zum Feierabendbier, für die Frühaufsteher als Seelenfutter zum Wochenbeginn: Montagssorbet mit Laut & Luise. Alles erlaubt, was gut tut und Gedanken kreisen lässt, nur der Name ist Programm: cremig, fluffig und ganz schön weich.

Zwischen straff getaktetem Releasetrouble und wild-metaphorischer Wüstenstapferei, schickt sich dieser Montag als allzu angebracht an ein wenig zu verschnaufen (jess). @KeralaDust ist nicht nur gut mit schönen Tönen, eben auch dem guten Ton: Wohl maniert – wie in: gute Manieren – steht die Türe offen zum privaten Wohnzimmerkonzert. Wie die Prinzessin auf dem Sandkorn legen wir uns mal wieder auf den Läufer und lauschen dieser Wüste, der wir eigentlich noch fremd sind.

Pardon the early messes - I was getting my groove back. Been a minute. I like the flow of the mix and some of these track send shivers up my spine. THere has been such great tune production during 2020. 2021 promised to be crazy on the dance floor.

I came to the USA in 2001 and have lived in Seattle, San Francisco and NY, and have been lucky enough to play music in awesome places in those cities and around the country. I spent a long time playing Drum and Bass, helping the Onset crew in Seattle establish the one of DnBs longest running nights in the USA. I transitioned over to house and have  been lucky to play in some amazing venues and environments. I was an organizer of the Burning Man art car and sound system, Heart Phoenix and now spend time working with my friends on Sundowners camp and Rexan the Sundowner Safari car bringing psychedelic safari experiences to Burning Man every year.
