The Cow Palace is an artefact and a consequence. The Cow Palace believes that all animals including people deserve a temple. The Cow Palace began in late 1997 with an attempt to document an unknown blues musician by means of cheap recording software and a homemade computer. A ten-year hiatus ensued until The Cow Palace pacifist broke a hand in anger.
