Hello and thankyou for listening.  Yes, you've stumbled onto yet another synthwave producer, just one of many in a cast of thousands.
Synthicide began as a 'band' in 2012 right near the beginning of what's come to known as "synthwave", but due to many hold up's, false starts and unreliable personnel, i began releasing my instrumental's under the new name, and finally released an album in 2016.  Extremely overdue but better late than never, despite drowning in a tidal wave of synthwave music due to so many new producers latching onto the style post Stranger Things, etc...

I've mostly focused on the sci-fi/horror movie aesthetic,  the themes of post-apocalypse, infused with darker elements of soundtrack scores with the urgency of 'outrun'.  A soundtrack that you can dance to.  The soundtrack for prepping and survival.  Prepperwave?  You bet!
However there is also a brighter side to some of my music, as with my  release "Gold Coast".
I love all styles of synth driven music from the 70's, '80s & '90s - disco, pop, new romantic, a.o.r, electro, house, techno, drum & bass, & ofcourse soundtracks!!!

EXPLORERS has a positive futurist theme, with idea's of mankinds's journey into outerspace, developing systems of living there, and utilising new technologies for use back on earth.
Still cinematic in vibe, but more ambient to suit the feeling of floating and travelling through the galaxy.

This 5 track e.p. has the usual soundtrack feel, but is sure to ignite the tastes of metal and d'nb heads within the synthwave genre.  I believe it's the first example of combining synthwave with elements of d'nb/neuro sounds!

A varied album that showcased many styles:  80's sci-fi/horror soundtrack, italo, space synth and electro.
As it was my first 'Synthicide' release, i wanted to show off all the styles i was influenced by.  However, i belive that decision made for an unfocused 'all over the shop' vibe, and sounded like it was all just thrown together on the one release (which...it was!)
My e.p's released since have dealt with that issue...,)

DOGMACHINE emerged in 1993 releasing a cassette Ep and 7" vinyl single The Room/Why Do They Scream?, followed by numerous compilation appearances including TransCom's Abstraction release in 1996.

FUTURISTIC URBAN CULT is the seminal full-length album from Australian industrial originators Dogmachine. 
Originally released on the Oracle label by the band in 1997, Futuristic Urban Cult was a game-changing release for the Australian music landscape. Described as 'hellish electronics... with grinding chugging guitars, sinister/darkwave undertones, and steamshovel vocals', the release explored many shades of darkness. With founding member Kraig Wilson at the core, and a range of important collaborators including Lawrence English, the band was famous for its confronting live performances which often descended into an industrial chaos of noise and machinery.

Fetish, the first single from the album included remixes by David Thrussel (Snog, Black Lung), Craig Sue (Bionic/Genetic) and Andy Bagley (Pure Bunk/VISI) and received solid play in clubs and on national radio. The second single Headwound received extensive support by Triple J and was also released as a multimedia CDROM - one of the first of its kind for a Brisbane band.

Dogmachine toured extensively, performing with the likes of Atari Teenage Riot, White Zombie, Pitchshifter, Pop Will Eat Itself (PWEI), Snog, Zeni Geva, Severed Heads, Grinspoon, N.I.L., Primary and Insurge, as well as appearing regularly during the 'golden years' of ZZZ Market Day Festivals. The band also received one of the first Music Industry Critics Awards in 1998 for 'Best Independent Band' in Queensland's category.

The 90's was a period in Brisbane's music history which saw the emergence of its own fantastic electronic music scene, with bands like Dogmachine at the forefront.

After an extensive hiatus, Dogmachine recently reformed to make a return to the live music scene and are currently working on new material.

Djane Cobra geboren als Jaqueline Heuler 25. Dezember 1988 in Mannheim. Lernte sehr früh den Schmerz des Verlustes kennen. Schon früh verließ die Mutter die Familie. Sowie kurze ´Zeit später die jüngere Schwester verstarb. Sie wuchs bei ihrem Vater und dessen Mutter auf. Ihre Oma übernahm mehr die Rolle einer Mutter. 1995 kam sie dann auf eine Grundschule in Mannheim. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt durchlitt die bis zum Ende der Berufsschule 2006 Mobbing. 2005 Setzte sie sich in dem Jugendverband einer Partei ein. Entwickelte zudem eigene Ideen und engagierte sich für Kindergruppen. 2006 verlies sie die Schule. Mit ihrem Vater war die Tochter Vater Bindung nicht sehr eng. 2007 - 2008 Lebte sie dann in Hessen Darmstadt und Frankfurt a. Main. Lernte das Verhältnis kennen ohne Hilfe zu leben nur bei Freunden zu sein. Diese Erfahrung lies sie reifen. 2008 kehrte sie dann nach Mannheim zurück. Die Musik begleitete sie seit ihrer Geburt. 2011 stellte sie dann fest dass starkes Intresse vorhanden ist selbst Musik zu machen bis heute. Ihr Ziel: Ihre Emotionen & Erlebnisse mit der Musik zu vereinen. Es entstehen gefühlvolle und doch aussagekräftige Genren Verbindungen und machen ihre Musik doch sehr einzigartig und düster.
