STO keeps the momentum rolling with the next instalment in the series, ‘Back To School 2’. Out today as a free download, it pushes deeper into the club with a sound that is heavier, sharper and more direct than the first.

At the core of the track are driving grooves that lock in immediately. The percussion is tight and relentless, creating a steady framework that keeps the energy high. Underneath, a deep resonant bassline powers the track forward, giving it weight and authority in the mix. This low-end presence is what makes the track feel built for proper systems, ready to shift the room as soon as it lands.

Cutting across that foundation are acid-tinged arps that bring movement and tension. They twist and evolve without ever losing focus, adding a sharper edge to the overall sound. Together with the bass and drums, these arps create a hypnotic yet forceful groove that is unmistakably STO.

Where ‘Back To School 1’ leaned on disco influences and playful lift, part two brings the heat. The atmosphere is darker, the textures more raw, and the intent more focused. STO makes sure there is no excess here. Every element serves the floor, from the snap of the claps to the rolling bass that never lets up.
