As an artist, he explores soundscapes and uses his music to project his feelings. The music becomes a diary of the scrambled mess that his mind often finds itself in.

Now, as 1/5 of the Chonk mob and half of XOX, Sepia looks to expand his sound and take you on a journey.

Following a brief quiet spell prior to 2021, Dread Or Dead Records have really come back with a bang this year and have since presented state of the art releases from Ninety and Duckem that I've still got in rotation to this day. For their next instalment, the label welcomes back long standing H&B favourite, B-Say, to the label with three of his more emblematic productions and a killer remix courtesy of Lampa! After a short stint of bright and bold dub influenced productions on the likes of Dirty Beats earlier this year, B-Say's back to his dark side and for me, his strongest side, as demonstrated on today's premiere, 'Sabotage'.

This summer is extremely hot, but Frozen Plates are still stone cold. The next release is just around the corner and this time we bring you the sounds of two bad boys from Malta! None other than Volume A and Bnml. On the ’A’ side a collab, entitled 'Purcinel', and on the ’B’ side a massive stomper by Volume A entitled ’Move Forward’. For the usual 10” vinyl our Maltanese bad boys provide you a digital bonus track called ’Dubji’. The full release is expected in late July – early August. There is one more important piece of information. This time we worked with our two favourite cutting houses Dub Studio and Pressure Mastering. Dub Studio cuts 30 x 10” black vinyl and Pressure Mastering cuts 10 x 10” transparent vinyl.

As a label that continues to support a thriving scene throughout the west coast of the United States, For The Heads Records have delivered some impeccable releases since it's inception in 2019.
