Tom was born on October 24, 1979 in Sonneberg. At the age of 16 he discovered his love for electronic music. At that time he was inspired by music sets of Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Karotte and many other artists.He also had a big interest in spinning records.

Tom began to create Mixes... He put on records in many reputable locations in his homeland and at numerous radio stations like Sputnik Radio for example. He convinced lots of parties with his ingenious DJ Skills and also wants to convince you.

"This year (2021) is my 20th DJ anniversary. That means I started mixing in the spring of 2001. Back then with a mixer & 2 turntables. I bought my records from deejay de & 77 Records in Straubing.
Back then it was a bit faster & harder than you are used to from me.

For this reason, I went back to the origins for this mix series and have corresponding techno tracks from then and now for the set collected & mixed.

The whole thing is called "Back to the Roots". The name fits very well. I created number 2 for deeprhytms.com & am looking forward to the release! Hope the set goes down well?!

Robonix:
Robonix is a DJ from Denver, Colorado. While some in his inner circles consider him a wordsmith, he has a music library bigger and more colorful than his vocabulary. As a raver, first, and DJ, second, Robonix has been involved in Denver's underground electronic music scene for over a decade, awarding him supporting gigs on lineups in clubs and warehouses across the city with the likes of Kwartz, Manni Dee, Marco Bailey, thOr, Audion, DJ Stingray, John Tejada, Anthony Rother and many more. Biography:
Real name Andrey Afanasiev, originally from the cold Murmansk in Russia. Passion and love for electronic music came in 1996, when Andrey first heard acid techno and acid trance tracks. Since 2000, he acted as only vinyl DJ. Since 2002 he has actively participated in club life. Played on one stage with Burnski (James Burnham), Falko Brocksieper, Dub Taylor and other equally interesting DJs and producers. In 2012, together with his colleague Mød, created a project Aima, that promoting dark industrial techno sound. In 2015 Andrey created the project Ekstendia, that focused on Dub Techno and which today is the main. Ekstendia favors the deep sound of Northern Dub Techno, this is an echo resounding over northern nature. Fog over the endless fields, the breath of the city at night. Cold layered textures and airport sounds. Atmospheric canvas. A leisurely massive sound that takes you far into the depths of consciousness.

At that time he was inspired by music sets of Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Karotte and many other artists.He also had a big interest in spinning records. Tom began to create Mixes... He put on records in many reputable locations in his homeland and at numerous radio stations like Sputnik Radio for example. He showed his brilliant DJ skills at many parties, listen to his wonderful mix. 
This time Tom recorded a special already the second mix with only tracks from amazing producer Alexander Krüger aka Dub Taylor.
