Matacandil, a violin duo formed by Llum Tourdion and Miguel Molina, presents their first EP «Un Vent Dominant», the result of improvisation sessions throughout 2024. Their approach is based on exploring the branching extension of electronics over their acoustic instruments, while also revisiting —sometimes nostalgically, other times confrontationally— the sonorities inherent to the instrument. Far from approaching traditional interpretations of violinistic language, they aim to explore its nuances by navigating through diverse soundscapes, the study of original sources, and their deconstruction.

Non-profit record label based in Valencia (Spain) that has been organizing gatherings dedicated to electronic, experimental music and audiovisual art since September 2018. They support artists and young people by establishing new spaces and opportunities for their enjoyment and work that are usually located off-radar or non-represented locally or even nationally.
