About this journey:
" 20 years ago I mixed vinyl records for the first time. The process instantly captivated me and I bought turntables and started building my first vinyl collection.  It was an exciting journey ahead of me. Over time my preferences were changing, one style was replacing another, but one thing has always remained the same... whether I'm writing music or making a compilation, for me my interaction with music has always been accompanied by magical surprises that defy any logical explanation. Today I will give you an example of one such surprise. When I was buying new records, I was always focusing on one or more tracks that I liked, and there were usually tracks that I didn't find interesting enough for me. But. A few years would pass, and when compiling the next set I would accidentally stumble upon these very uninteresting tracks and realize with amazement that they now perfectly match my current preferences and are also perfect for a new compilation =). Music is an incredible mystery. At one time, having made a choice in my life in the direction of greater contact with this mystery I was convinced of it definitively. I invite you to come along with me on this lyrical journey, which is entirely composed of just such tracks ;) "

Danke Kauz für die Einladung. Danke Mit Dir Festival-Artists. Ihr seid grossartig.
Irgendwie hat es sich dieses Mal so angefühlt, als wäre alles Eins gewesen. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass ich auch nur einen Gedanken während des Mixens hatte. Ich habe einfach gemacht, mich treiben lassen von der Musik, den Tänzern und Tänzerinnen. Wie immer gibt es bei so viel Schönem auch eine andere Seite: Vor lauter mich im Moment verlieren, habe ich auch alles andere verloren und vergessen. Nach dem Set stand ich ohne Schuhe da und hatte keine Ahnung, wo die hingekommen sind. Auch alle anderen Sachen waren irgendwo hinter dem Mischpult und es dauerte zwei Stunden, bis ich alles wieder beisammen hatte, inklusive Kopf. But finally, alles ist wieder an Ort und Stelle!

Not to Be Reproduced," a masterpiece by the surrealist artist René Magritte, stands as a testament to his enigmatic and thought-provoking approach to art. Created in 1937, this painting is a visual puzzle that captivates viewers with its mysterious narrative and meticulous execution.

At first glance, the composition appears straightforward—a man standing before a mirror, seemingly engaged in the act of observing his own reflection. However, Magritte, true to his surrealist roots, introduces a twist that challenges our perceptions. The reflection in the mirror does not align with the man's appearance; instead, it reveals the back of his head.
