Energieräuber & Erfolgsphobiker 

In der Coaching- und Managementlehre wird in 2 grundlegende Typen, bei der Ursachenzuschreibung von beruflichen und privaten Erfolgen, unterschieden. 
Der sogenannte Erfolgssucher internalisiert die Gründe für seine Erfolge. Individuelle Charakterzüge und Eigenschaften wie Willensstärke, Engagement und Leidenschaft stellen für ihn die Ursache einer erfolgreichen Handlungen dar. Misserfolge sind in dieser Denkweise die Konsequenz unzureichender Bemühungen, gepaart mit unvorteilhaften Umständen. 
Auf der anderen Seite der Skala steht der Misserfolgsvermeider. In seiner Welt sind Erfolge das Ergebnis glücklicher Zufälle, genauer gesagt macht er äußere Umstände für seine Gewinne verantwortlich. Erfolg wird bei ihm externalisiert. Im Gegensatz dazu werden Misserfolge internalisiert. Sie sind eine direkte Folge mangelnder Befähigung und ungünstiger Umstände. Aufgrund dieser Denkweise kann Erfolg nicht gezielt herbeigeführt werden. Daher wird versucht Misserfolgen und Umstände, welchen diese herbeiführen, aus dem Weg zu gehen. 
Zu den Erfolgssuchern & Misserfolgsvermeidern gesellen sich die von mir konstruierten Erfolgsphobiker & Energieräuber. Im Laufe des privaten und beruflichen Lebens wird man solchen Personen auf kurz oder lang wahrscheinlich begegnen. Dieser Personen Typ hat kein ernsthaftes Interesse daran, ein wie auch immer geartetes Projekt, erfolgreich abzuschließen. Diese Personen bekleiden zumeist Ämter oder Positionen, welche sie unabhängig von der erfolgreichen Beendigung einer Aufgabe machen. Hinzukommt ein gewisses Überlegenheitsgefühl und Ignoranz. Häufig bremsen sie motivierte Partner, Kollegen oder auch Mitarbeiter aus. Sie halten sich nicht an absprachen und treffen willkürliche, sowie Entscheidungen mit weitreichenden Konsequenzen. Erfolgsphobiker & Energieräuber sind egoistisch und es fehlt ihnen an Weitsicht. Kontexte werden selten beachtet und auch die Nachhaltigkeit der eigenen Handlungen nicht hinterfragt. Wenn auch zeitweise gut gemeint, richten sie mehr schaden an, als sich nützlich zu sein.

Der heutige KataHaifisch Podcast stammt von Kapoor. Dieser junge und aufstrebende Musikproduzent und DJ gehört mittlerweile mehr als weniger zum KataHaifisch-Inventar. Er releaste bereits einen Podcast, Premieren und auch eigene Tracks über unsere Plattform. 
Bei diesem Set handelt es sich um einen Live Mitschnitt vom Las Palace. 2
Stunden und 2 Minuten lang gibt Kapoor feinsten, treibenden Downtempo zum besten. Seine düstere Note synergiert ideal mit orientalisch klingenden Harmonien, Melodien und epischen Flächensounds.

People who know me know I don’t like playing short sets or doing short mixes. I haven’t done a mix for about 3 years because I can cross so many genres which you cant do in a 60 minute or 90 minute set. Doing mixes so short doesn’t really show what I can do. For me it’s about the journey. The interesting bits in-between all the chaos that build it up to the chaos making those peaks more enjoyable. It’s easy to showcase a short mix of hits. The trick is being to program a mix for about 3 hours that’s actually interesting and not just full of peak moments. So when I was asked by 333 to do a mix knowing I would be able to showcase and cross most of my genres, I jumped at the chance.

They can both be reflected, and they can both be refracted.
As we grow, as we change, we are the medium of our life's progression. This sound, this story; is one of change, of evolution. It reflects, it refracts, it evolves. This set is a tale, and an ode to movement. Let it take you where it may. texture, sound, groove, and feeling.
