Welcome to a new me. I haven't uploaded here in forever, and this may very well be the last upload I make here. I've finally started a career as a musician, and this is the first track of my career to get a public release. Follow me on Bandcamp for future releases.

This track is for Giik's newest Rivals of Aether workshop character, Arecacura! This was a treat to work on, and it's a glimpse of what's to come from me. I'm working on a LOT of tracks now, for different games and projects, and I promise you, it's all good, and it's all over the place. I don't like being restricted to a single genre, and I'm going to prove it soon.

Story: After escaping from the skeletons in the waterway under the crystal caverns, on your trusty raft made of bones, you go down a small waterfall and suddenly the cave opens up into an underground swamp...you arrive at a small outcropping of mud, an old ruin and a couple of trees sitting atop the mound, light beaming down from cracks in the rocky ceiling of the cave.

You realize something: you are hungry. It has been an entire day without food and once the adrenaline had left your veins, you finally feel your stomach...you see small strange bullfrogs with tails, and large bulbous growths on the sides of their neck, very similar to normal frogs but walking on two legs. You stab one with your knife and begin to cook it. Little did you know, that was just one of the small ones. The fully-grown bullfrog men begin to sneak around your camp, slunk in the shadows with spears in hand...

The new EP will be a collection of fantasy music I am making...inspired by Tsukasa Saito (King's Field IV, Eternal Ring) and Kota Hoshino (Shadow Tower, Evergrace). Emulated analog gear, using heavy tape saturation and sampler bitcrushing ala 80s groups like SPK, Dead Can Dance, and many others. 

So think of it as video game music filtered through an industrial & darkwave lens. You will also see atmospheres, SFX etc. but that is for a project I am helping a dev with :)
