The sound of Goophy is aimed directly into the soul and out on the dance floor, its playful with a positive charge, 
an uplifting deep funky jackin groove with elements of Soul, funk, jazz, hip-hop, disco, tech, techno, psy and Acid.
 


People talk about his commitment and his passion about music. He has been an active dj and organizer of ca. 25 years. In the course of that time,  he and his big feet, put his tracks and made spin-offs beyond and into the underground. He has now developed to be in one of todays foremost  Dj;s.

Dj Goophy is known from the underground parties and concepts as Momentum, Reverberate, Circa Loka, Eccentric, delirium, Non-Stop, Funky Fiction, The Funky Room etc. Erik has been on the line-up of countless New Years/ birthday parties, and that he has played at most of the spots. He has also made his mark in Tønsberg, Stavanger and Bergen. In Oslo, he has played in places such as The Villa, Sikamicanico, Cosmo, Serum, PI, Cafe Con bar, Feber, Humla, Hausmania, Baronzai, Nomaden, Cube Club, Månefisken, Soria Moria mm. 
 He has opened for Kevin Sounderson from Detroit (us), and played at Musikkfest Oslo 2 years in a row. Otherwise, he had his own radio show on radio skranglebass named Momentum. Also Concept of the same name with international bookings ; Massimo Dacosta, Lil Mark, Phil Weeks and Jason Hodges. Appear repeatedly on Torsdagsklubben,
