RRaised in the heart of San Diego, Max has worked hard to attain his goals. Through sports he was given the name Money Maxx where he was recognized as an elite basketball player. His passion for things have excelled him to new heights especially now with his investment within music. Starting from the block with a $20 USB mic his lyrical power proved to be worthy. In 2009 he made a song called "Smooth as Suede" which was the start of a successful trend. In times of crises, music was therapy. His focus was heavy with passion in order to relieve his father's death. It was a passion he had never felt before; Pops love and guidance close to his heart he knew that he stood for something much bigger than himself. In 2012 he linked up with producer/engineer "DJ Slayer" and started the Vizion Records label. His first official mixtape "The Perfect Storm" was released 4 months later, and highly acclaimed. Since that time, he's released 3 more tapes, and a lot has changed in Max's personal life. As the man of the family, he knew that he had to drop everything to help his Mother beat cancer in 2019. His remaining 3 Grandparents all passed away within a year of each other, and he's lost key friends such as his mentor, Kenny Vic. Seemingly with no chance to heal, Max resorted to the one form of therapy that he knows best; his music. Now in 2020, he is set to release his best piece of work to date, his Album "Falling Up". DISFUNKLI
The franco-moroccan Dj DISFUNKLI fell in love with the heat and energy of the other side of
the decks of the Psychedelic Trance parties, and made his move, soon after he entered the
Psychedelic world in 2007, Disfunkli has become known for his powerful bass lines and
blasting groovy masterpieces tracks.
At the age of 20, he moved to Montpellier France, where he decided to study sound
engineering and music production. Right after getting his diploma, he created his first own
collective named “LIVEZONE”, that is basically around Underground music such as Techno
and Trance, this was his first step to the electronic musical world, it gave the opportunity to
invite and share the decks alongside with international artists.
LIVEZONE had a huge success on the French scene which gave him the idea to reproduce the
same concept in his native country, but this time with a different audience and with a
Moroccan touch, by creating in 2015 a new collective under the name of “WESTOON”.
WESTOON was able to highlight the Underground music movement in Morocco through the
organization of various festivals and parties in multiple cities of the kingdom.
