Japanese DJ and producer based in Melbourne/Naarm.

Kazuma crafts sound like architecture - each set a structure built in real-time, shaped by intuition, tension, and deep groove. Known for his hypnotic approach to techno, he seamlessly blends elements of minimal, house, electro, and psychedelic sound into something unclassifiable, yet unmistakably his own.

Using three or four CDJs, Kazuma layers multiple tracks at once often mixing three simultaneously to create evolving, multi-dimensional textures. Loops stretch. Rhythms twist. Melodies dissolve and reappear. Nothing stands still.

His mixing isn’t just technique - it’s ritual. A slow build of energy. A spiral of motion. A conversation between machines and mind. With every set, he opens a portal: deep, driving, and dreamlike.

Established in 1996, DJ C:1 has been supplying Melbourne dancefloors with unrelenting energy since her arrival to the city in 2007.

Over the course of her 30 year DJing career of rinsing Jungle, Detroit Techno, Footwork and Ghetto 12’s in support of dancemusic pioneers and as solo artist, C:1 has etched her name amid the best of Melbourne’s underground electronic music scene.

C:1's current residencies are with Echo Chamber Soundsystem & Run It Red Jungle Sessions, Jungle Mania Naarm, Revolver Upstairs, Stable Music, The Counterculture Show on Kiss 87.8Fm Melbourne, and The Everyday Junglist Podcast.
