This week was a 'challenge week'. The challenge was to only use sounds you record with your phone. But, they can be manipulated with samplers and FX in any way. The bass is from my chair in the living room sliding on the tile, the whistling is me whistling into my phone, the rest are various percussion, guitar, and piano mangled and distorted into basses and synth-like sounds and such. Some of the breakbeat is just me beatboxing, and keys jingling, and pill bottles shaking. Anyhow, not a single synth or software instrument was used, just samples and effects.
