Here's a small story of how it came along:

I was feeling bored one day and asked my girlfriend to pick a song for me to sample.
She gave me this song, but wanted it to become an RNB beat (I can't really do those yet...).
I tried chopping around the original sample of the song and landed on this loop, and before I knew it, it became this.

When I was working on the last part with Janet Jackson's voice chopped up, she gave me the idea to loop the "you-ouuu-ouuu" part you can hear at the very end. Really brought it all together.

She was pleasantly surprised by the direction I took, and we were both really happy to have her suggestion be a part of the song and for it to sound good.

Finished this one after more than 5 years of procrastination (started 2020, finished 2025). When this song first came out, I wanted to finish a remix for it and show my cousin (the artist) since I admired that he was releasing music.

The song has since been taken down, so I wanted to post this as tribute since this song served as motivation for me to keep on making music.
