For so many clients it is in that very first session that we chart a course for the journey deep within; a journey that is often overdue; a journey that will help free them from what hurts and trauma has caused them to doubt in their abilities to feel whole and of peace; a journey into healing, love, acceptance, and approval for whatever was not given freely and without conditions; and of which they (sometimes unknowingly), are now ready to give unto themselves.
