Using Breath for Overcoming Anxiety: A GUIDED MEDITATION Recorded Live at True Path Yoga

What changes do YOU want to make?

Discover the idea of shedding the old parts of your self in order to be who you truly are.  This is a different approach to how we typically envision our ideal self to be.  Important to remember:  Continue to visualize what thoughts, feelings and behaviours you wish to shed - release - let go of - as you also 'envision' how you WANT TO be.   

Use this Meditation often to support the POSITIVE CHANGES that you are aligning yourself with.  Once you experience the complete meditation, use the imagery on its own DAILY to remind yourself of what you are choosing to no longer be AND what you are CHOOSING.

What Soothes You:  A Guided Meditation

One of the most powerful states to exist in is happiness. In happiness, you can hold witness of yourself, others, and the world with loving kindness ~ your heart open and receptive, ideas and creativity flow...

Here you change our emotional state, releasing whatever you no longer wish to feel and to feel instead, the feelings of happiness and joy.  

Perhaps up until now you didn't realize you had such a power.

Each time you practice this meditation, you become better at changing how you feel and you will notice how it becomes easier to do so.

THIS IS HOW YOU FEEL HAPPY ~ A Guided Meditation

In nature and in life we experience the rhythm of birth and rebirth; 'new' beginnings and the gentle outpouring of what is also on its way to us - what we are 'manifesting'.

In each moment you are also a new version of yourself.  This is the most powerful way to live your life - with the knowledge - the true knowing that you have free will choice in each moment.

*Rain is a universal symbol used to symbolize birth and rebirth.  I liken it in this meditation to the inspired idea of using our free will to choose each moment.

During this meditation, I hope that you will allow into your experience, all that comes into your awareness - so beautifully....so perfectly.
