Tronic continues its roll out of summer bombs with the ‘Origin’/’Freed’ two-tracker from Dosem, an artist who has previously made a name for himself with sterling output for Technasia sub-label SINO. 

Girona-born Dosem (aka Marc Ramirez) has a reputation built on his ability to combine his love of techno, house and electro and create tracks which drawn on all three. Always futuristic in terms of sound design, Dosem’s output is always energetic and melodic – qualities which Tronic label-boss Christian Smith is more than engaged by. 


‘Origin’ is the first of the two tracks and it opens proceedings with an epic, synth heavy vibe. Filtered, impeccably programmed drums gently unfurl into a persistently padding groove that kicks on a big system. As the track opens up to drop, metallic synth chords shimmer out of the groove and deliver a massive punch. The intensity grows continually throughout and the melodies are pushed to their maximum, making this an unashamed anthem. 

The flipside’s ‘Freed’, while more ‘heads down’ than it’s counterpart, is certainly no shrinking violet. Driving drums are topped with long, building vocal screams and rising synths create a feverish atmosphere that, added to a pulsing and brutish bassline, goes off.

A fine art photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, Jan is known for capturing abstract landscapes of the northern latitudes. With a focus on water, ice, and intricate natural patterns, his work reveals the beauty hidden in the subtle details of the world around us.

Exploring icebergs frozen in glacial lagoons, with tunnels large enough to walk through, Hoffellsjökull glacial lagoon is one of the most surreal experiences Iceland's winter has to offer. The ‘Fall To You’ artwork features a photograph taken by Brooke Pyke of large breakers hitting the edge of the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia. Brooke is an award-winning marine life photographer from Australia, based on Ningaloo Reef in WA. With a background in diving, she now focuses on ocean, travel, and adventure photography, capturing the beauty of the underwater world since 2014.

Stretching over 260 kilometers, Ningaloo is one of the longest fringing reefs in the world, home to an extraordinary diversity of marine life and vibrant coral ecosystems.
