With a career spanning more than 20 years, Paco Osuna is one of the most renowned artists in the industry. His creativity, courage and relentless search for new forms of expression are some of his principal and consistent virtues when it comes to making music. On the dance floor, he is lively, intelligent and sophisticated, with a deep awareness for sound aesthetics. Every session is important to Paco and he sets out to invent and renew every time he steps onto the stage.

In 2006 he launched Mindshake, conceived as a platform for the creation and distribution of electronic music. Over the past few years, Mindshake has become one of the most important techno labels in the US and Europe. Also in 2006, Paco founded a club with a fresh concept, Club4, which has established itself as the overwhelming choice for its variety and accessibility in electronic music offerings.

Throughout his career Paco has performed at clubs, parties and festivals of great prestige. The list of events in which he has played is endless, and is one where quality is more important than quantity. From Fabric London to WOMB Tokyo, passing through Space NYC, Space Miami, Verboten New York, Watergate Berlin and Electric Brixton London. Meanwhile, Sónar, Awakenings, Dockyard, ADE, Neopop, BPM, Electric Zoo, Movement Detroit, Time Warp and Tomorrowland are some of the many festivals he has played.

From 2012 to 2014 he was resident for Richie Hawtin’s ENTER, appearing not only at Space Ibiza but also in its tour around the world. In 2015 Paco Osuna became part of Music On, joining Marco Carola in residencies at Amnesia Ibiza and the Story club in Miami, as well as the emblematic parties during BPM Mexico. In 2016 he was selected to be ambassador of PLAYdifferently Model1, a distinction also received by Loco Dice, Chris Liebing, Dubfire and, of course, Richie Hawtin. 2016 was also an important year for the Mindshake showcases, in which Paco participated alongside other label producers with tours taking in European and American stages, including events such as the Miami Music Week and ADE Amsterdam. The Mindshake showcases are both an extension of the musical and artistic vision of Paco and a family celebration, where the main goal is to create an unforgettable musical experience.

In the studio, Paco Osuna has moulded his own musical signature, coating the purest techno sounds with his characteristic features: depth, darkness and imagination, always accentuated by his creativity and innovation. Proof of that are his releases on labels such as Plus8, Minus, Mood, Spectral and Hommage, plus productions for his own platform Mindshake.
With a long career and background, Paco has picked up several prizes for his hard work on and off the stage, receiving the awards for Best Artist, Best Techno DJ, Best Producer and Best Remix from the Vicious Awards and DJ Mag Spain.

During 2016 Paco Osuna will extend the journey that has led him be the artist that he is today. This year, his residencies with Music On Ibiza and Miami will continue, while he will also still be focusing his energy on his main project Mindshake, a label that will end this year having published more than 45 works since its conception.

Isaiah Rashad doesn’t look back. Instead, he never stops moving forward. That’s why the internet has tried so hard to keep up since the Chattanooga, TN-born and Los Angeles-based artist emerged in 2012. After one seismic appearance after another throughout 2013, he formally introduced himself with 2014’s Cilvia Demo. XXL named him among its prestigious “Freshman Class,” while the project earned a rare score of 8.2 from Pitchfork. Just two years later, his full-length debut, The Sun’s Tirade, bowed in the Top 20 of the Billboard Top 200 and closed out 2016 on over a dozen year-end lists, including UPROXX, L.A. Weekly, Inverse, Stereogum, Pop Matters, Pigeons & Planes, Pitchfork, and more. In between sold out shows coast-to-coast and racking up nearly 500 million total streams, he quietly stared down his demons out of the spotlight. By the time he dove back into music, life had changed. The process switched up, so he realigned and linked up with new collaborators such as Kenny Beats. Ready to break a five-year creative silence, he returns with his second full-length album The House Is Burning[Top Dawg Entertainment], including the single “Lay Wit Ya” [feat. Duke Deuce]. 4Yo4U was created on March 11, 2011 in Moscow by Aibo, Didi, Kodek and Key-D.

Didi has loved graffiti and electronic music since he was a kid. He loves Kraftwerk most of all. Didi used to mix tracks with CD-decks and a mixer with a microprocessor when he had free time between graffiti projects. But he didn’t really love that because he wanted to make his own music.

Aibo loves graffiti too, but he hated electronic music. His favorite music genres are funk and reggae. When Aibo was a student of Moscow University of Design, he created a reggae-band with his friends where he played keyboards. But this band had a rapid breakdown.

Aibo and Didi met each other in Key-D’s (Aibo’s wife) flat. At that time, Key-D was preparing to become a laboratory assistant in the sound department of Moscow University of Cinema. Because of that, one of Key-D’s friends gave her a KORG EMX-1. It was the entrance into electronic music for Aibo and for Didi, the way to make his own music. They created a musical group called “Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo”, and all members of that group played only one instrument.

Two weeks after their group was created, they were invited to play in “Vozduh” club at a techno-party dedicated to graffiti. That is how Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo confirmed their music genre and their future destiny. Their first tracks were not made in a specific genre. These tracks were called “Fighting Chinese Boys” and sounded roughly as if Peaches and Arthur Baker were producing a compilation of Modern Talking remixes.

In Vozduh, they met Kodek a.k.a. Diod212 who was invited to play at the same gig. It is no secret that Kodek loves graffiti. He started to mix tracks from vinyl in 1996 and was a resident of “X-Dance” club for some years. The minimalistic sound of the Detroit school was his favorite style. In early 2000, Kodek moved towards self-production but did not forgot about DJ-ing.

By accident, Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo squeezed into Kodek’s DJ-set during a live improvisation jam, as a result of which, people on the dance floor started to fight. Since that moment, Aibo, Didi, Key-D and Kodek decided to work together and shortened the name of the group to “4Yo4U”.

Since then, Aibo has definitely become interested in techno. He has learned new skills of music making with the KORG EMX-1. The sound of “Fighting Chinese Boys” has evolved to minimal sound. At the same time, Didi got a KORG-KO1 and became a master of this device, hence widening the musical horizons of 4Yo4U and becoming a starting point to making their own studio. In this way, their sound quality has increased.

At present, 4Yo4U’s music has played by Richie Hawtin in his sets at ENTER. partys in Space Ibiza (3rd season in a row). Their first ever vinyl and digital releases came out from MINUS.

At every gig, you can listen to new tunes that have never been heard before. 4Yo4U like to combine live performance with DJ-sets and because of that, old tracks sound new.
