With a perspective of trapped in a concrete jungle, it’s easy to lose yourself in what’s around you. Continuously surrounded by a wide variety of cultures, sights, and sounds. But for those that inhabit New York, this is their “Zen”. Always at peace, loving that of which is crazy but beautiful. 

Knowing this, Kilcool carries a very interesting and catchy style that represents exactly where he’s from - the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York. A production that plays with the bright style of musicianship, deriving from a large amount of Blues, Jazz, and Soul influences. 

Now, mixing the three together is not an easy ability- what you’d expect is darker melodic waves, but Kilcool finds a way to bring a beautiful, bright, and colorful side to it all. An ability that is both enriching and powerful.
