Born in 2006, a Project strongly influenced by a new techno current, Sergio Santos and Daniel Courela called themselves DOUBLE REAKTION. Between two distinct individual projects, the Concept “Double Reaktion” rises up with a synergetic conjunction, where each one prints the work that has been developed in the studio beforehand. Their Sound based in a very high “Bass” frequency, as well, synthesizers which are noted through the dance floor echoing, they some of the main aspects which mark the style that flows between techno, minimal and progressive.
Double Reaktion find themselves with several Ep releases, on labels as STRICT RECORDINGS, BIG MAMAS HOUSE and CLOROPHILLA RECORDS.
Double have made presence and performed with some industry respected names as Gaiser, Extrawelt, Matador, between others.
Their performance always with a presence hardly not noticed, this Double connection bets on the improvisation, being spontaneous, which translates unique energetic performances, between the public that follows them.
