Time. I had nothing but time. Endless time. At first it was madness. Then enlightenment. Then madness again. But perhaps it was a gift. I could see the life of time. And as I watched the life of time, in all its fleeting, terrible light, I wondered: "Had I lived? Was I just the object in another story. Was that all I ever was? Could I be more?"

I had nothing but time. And still, no answer. Time without purpose is a prison. I have glimpsed into the mind of eternity. Perhaps the mind of God. And found nothing but silence.

The Hamburg-based duo Jan (Mushka) and Marco (Mape) have been making music since 1998 and been active in the psytrance scene for over 20 years. As fate would have it, since the beginning of the Corona Pandemic they have been living in the same apartment again and 
decided to start a new project called DoubleSlit, half as wild, twice as cool, the name derived from the famous and mysterious double-slit experiment. 

Both have released a bunch of tracks on different labels with their previous projects like Hyperion, Slackjoint, Crossing Lines, 
J&B Project to name a few, and always looking for innovative ways to push boundaries and overcome challenges. 
In doing so, they consistently exhaust their possibilities and repeatedly play with stereotypes and expectations.
Up is down, emptiness is space, outside is inside, front is back and left is right, until everything is upside down.

Like the very quantum particles, we must be comfortable allowing our view of the world to exist in superposition. Just by observing, everything changes.

Creativity is the greatest rebellion in existence.

We are all just fragmented energy from the same source
