Koliseum has re-edited the classic track "Mommy What's a Record," the A2 side from House music legend Kerri Chandler’s 2010 vinyl release ”The Thing For Linda 2010“.
‎‎ 
The inspiration for this song comes from an encounter Kerri had after buying vinyl records. Returning to his hotel, he met a mother and son in the elevator. The mother curiously asked if what he was holding were records, while the son innocently inquired, “Mommy, what’s a record?”
‎‎ 
In an era of vinyl revival, physical releases certainly hold iconic significance. However, what we want to emphasize is that great music can be played and appreciated through any medium or format.
‎‎ 
Koliseum infuses a dark and hypnotic style into this classic Deep House track, paying tribute to the House music maestro.
