Dark Temple

After more than a decade of working together in the studio on different projects and releasing their music under different aliases, Monsieur Pluspetit & sanmon join their forces for the first time on a pure techno release.
Both tracks are mainly based on patterns and sounds created with one small box: the weird but fantastic Double Knot by Lorre Mill. This small generative synthesiser reflects the raw power and simplicity of techno in its purest form: two oscillators controlled by individual shift register sequencers modulated by each other. The results are often unpredictable and chaotic as is the world we are living in. The artistic intention was to embrace this randomness and create something coherent and structured from the seemingly chaotic. Basically the same thing all humans do every day living in this universe: finding structure in chaos and manifesting this structures until they seem real.
