The Heels are a country music vocal trio known for their stunning harmonies and captivating storytelling. Made up of Kyla Rawlins, Bobbi Smith, and Brittni Fiddler, the trio delivers a fresh yet timeless sound that blends soulful vocals with heartfelt country roots. The Heels are carving their own path, connecting deeply with fans and bringing their unique energy to every stage they step on.

Doug Folkins is a dedicated Canadian country songwriter. His songs have been cut by several artists in the US and Canada, and he has multiple film and TV placements on National Geographic Channel programs.

Doug is signed with Nashville-based publisher Lynn Gann Music Enterprises (LGME).

Doug was fortunate to form a relationship with legendary Canadian/Nashville songsmith, Larry Wayne Clark, who mentored and co-wrote with Doug until Larry passed in 2013.

Doug enjoys co-writing with artists, and has written with several professional Nashville hit writers including; Steve Dean, Dan Demay, Wil Nance, Will Rambeaux, Sherie Austin, and Alissa Moreno among others. He also regularly writes with recognized, up and coming Canadian artists, such as Codie Prevost, Drew Gregory, Kevin Davison, Ben Klick and Matt Williams.

Doug is also a professional forester and in true Canadian style, his hobbies include ice hockey, golf, and timber sports, but his real passion is creating music that will touch other people. He lives with his wife and stepdaughter in Campbell River, BC.
