Hailing from Bethlehem,PA, ReaLion has been a constant force in the ever growing reggae music scene in the Lehigh Valley since 2004. Combining a hard work ethic instilled over 15 years as a brick mason, with an extensive music collection and hours of study to match, every mix and stage show is approached with discipline, energy and love. 

ReaLion honed his focused stage presence as a vocalist/percussionist for four different local reggae bands over the past 10 years. 2014 brought about the formation of his current project Redwood. Through all the changing acts one thing has been for certain, an undeniable passion and love is obvious in every ReaLion performance.

Combining years of being a student of reggae music with the desire to spread it's positive message is what led ReaLion to transition into a reggae DJ. From his first session on New Year's 2010 until today, he has been playing nothing but the finest in roots and culture classics, as well as keeping up-to-date with latest releases from the international scene. From 2012-2015, ReaLion has co-coordinated the reggae festival, Island Jams, in the City of Easton, PA. His duties included organizing entertainment, hosting, DJing, playing a set with his band as well as providing and running the sound for the other acts.

Always looking forward, ReaLion has begun to expand his efforts by linking up with local veteran DJ's and performers as well as other sound systems and artists from the Philadelphia and NYC areas. In addition, ReaLion is also working with yoga instructors to mix live during yoga classes, bringing reggae's positive message to the mat and the hearts of yogis.

From keeping up monthly gigs, private parties, weddings and providing sound support for other musicians, the future is bright for ReaLion.

Discussions about healing, self-empowerment and spiritual evolution. Plenty of laughing and crying with a moderate amount of swearing, as well.
