A lone engineer in deep space enters the service hatch of a mysterious abandoned frigate starship.

He slowly makes his way towards the control room, unlocking door access panels with his trusty multitool and dodging security drones with the help of the scanner built in to his visor.

He attempts to bypass the mainframe login, and the ship shudders as something kicks on deep within its bowels.

Hundreds of tiny red lights begin to illuminate the room behind him, moving ever closer as he slaves away at the console.

What could he have possibly hoped to find, and at what cost…?
