Allow Tom to take you on a carefully curated hour of unidentified bliss; a mix that seamlessly transitions from downtempo ease to 90's tech-house, a genre of which the selector has an undimmed love for.

In the early 90s in the Campania capital (Italy) a new generation was going to form that would inflame the Neapolitan nights, which would bring the city to align itself perfectly with the avant-garde of global electronic music.  

Nobody wanted to stay home and watch TV, everyone wanted to dance to house, garage, progressive, trance and techno rhythms.  Today a small slice of the new generation still follows this flow and it is from there that Massi and Mario aka Discoslutz come out, Neapolitans but citizens of the world, they have no borders and all this can be heard in their sets and productions.

They are an integral part of the Vesuvius Soul Records project as resident of the parties and as producers, in fact they will soon release their first EP for the VSR label. We're really proud of having them four our 15th podcast 💛

Co-founder of the Offenbach based label Pager Records always offers something a little bit different in his musical styling. If it doesn’t have that certain funk or edge it just doesn’t make the cut. With a classic deep house sound at his core Evans sways between analogue breaks, more peak time bangers and hazy afternoon jams but always with a phat bassline underpinning the whole situation. His unique blend of electroclash, house, and mechanic beats with pop appeal has earned him a reputation in the electronic music scene. As a producer, Steve's skills have garnered recognition from industry heavyweights like Laurent Garnier, Carl Craig, and Skream. He released his first vinyl in 2011 with @rawax-chiwax-housewax , and since then, he has worked with labels such as @wilson-records , Hot House, Domina Trxxx, and @lobster-theremin . In 2017, he and @djoctopus-2 founded Metal Position, a record label focused on minimalistic electro. Steve has performed at top European venues, including Tresor and Renate in Berlin, Corsica Studios and Oval Space in London, and Batofar in Paris, to name a few.
