Today we will talk about another reincarnation of the unreleased DP-6 track. "Plasma" was born at the dawn of the 2000s and was often played on the dancefloors those years. And today, continuing the idea of the releases "Resurrection" and "Blue Chasm", we are pleased to present a rethinking of this musical work in two versions. Unreleased remaster is presented in a new sound, but keeps a special atmosphere, energy and mood of those years. And Reincarnation mix sends Plasma flows in a new direction and shows the entire evolution of this track.

'Birds Of Mind link up with Kirik for their new You Gonna Make It EP on their own MINDGAME Records and enlist Kirik for a superb remix.

Birds Of Mind are a duo who are mainstays of the underground who are known for their richly organic and atmospheric sounds and have also had another epic residency this summer at Void Mykonos.

Their opener 'You Gonna Make It' is a deep house cut with shimmering chords and a gorgeously aching vocal sample drifting through the mix next to the lush synth work. Ukrainian Kirik runs several of his own labels and takes things into dreamy sunset territory with his majestic piano chords wallowing over the crisp tech beats. Kiss Me is then a collab between the two of them and keeps things classy and deep with another late night house groove full of warmth and soulful synths, well placed samples and jazzy melodies. A dub version is also included to close out a fine package.

Since its debut in 2017, Damian Lazarus’ annual ‘SPIRITS’ series on Crosstown Rebels has been a beacon for breakthrough artists, setting the label’s agenda for the year ahead. The sixth instalment in February is another meticulously curated lineup with ‘SPIRITS VI’ featuring a blend of new and recognisable talents, including Lauren Lane, Cristina Lazic, Iñigo Vontier, AJ Christou and many more.

London-based talent Cameron Jack kicks off what looks set to be a breakout year with ‘The Vision’, a bubbly and tropical cut with cosmic synths and loose, jumbled rhythms. Chris Bowl then brings his emotional style to the deep, rolling beats and fresh melodies of ‘Silent Plain’, while NY-born, LA-based house tastemaker Lauren Lane layers in smoky pads and tender whispers to her sublime deep house cut, ‘Fair Game.’ Next, German talent and Degree Records head Marc Lenz brings darker vibes to his track ‘People Are People’, while Rebellion artist Cristina Lazic and previous Lazarus collaborator Leia Contois combine for the alluring vocal soul and gritty minimal drums of ‘So Deep’.

Mexican Iñigo Vontier is a pioneer in his homeland after crafting a global reputation, and his twisted synths, shiny textures and steely drums on ‘That Trippy Sound’ prove why as they work you into a trance. Next is influential Manchester-based DJ/producer AJ Christou, who has released on the likes of Hot Creations and Cuttin’ Headz. His track ‘Back & Forth’ brings an infectious groove with plenty of flair and catchy drum funk, before TMPLE shuts things down with the deft, airy grooves and floating bass of ‘The Girl In The Room’, complete with its tender male vocals.

At the forefront of electronic innovation, Crosstown Rebels stands as a pivotal platform and record label, reflecting the genre’s diversity and housing an impressive roster that includes renowned artists and household names like Art Department, Maceo Plex, and Jamie Jones. With sub-labels Rebellion and Secret Teachings in tow, the imprint consistently and continuously expands its musical canvas, creating an immersive landscape for leading and emerging talents to thrive.

Serge Devant returns to one of his favoured label’s with his White Groove EP , delivering a pair of deep, textured tracks that’ll vitalise any rigid dancefloor. Archie Hamilton makes his Crosstown Rebels debut and supplies a punchy, tripped-out revision of lead track, White Groove .

White Groove is an absorbing mix of rumbling sub bass, soft, textured percussion, and ethereal pads. Loose percussion and a tough kick carve out the initial vibe on C onnect To Server . A hypnotising, low-riding synth is the final layer and helps generate even more groove into this peak time roller.

Archie Hamilton switches up White Groove, revising the bassline into a buzzing, forward pushing rhythm but retains the mystical feel of the original, bolstering the whirring pads and using intricate percussive sounds and FX.

Serge Devant hails from Brooklyn, New York and released his seminal track Fearing Love in 2015 on Emerald City. Since then he’s been championed by Damian Lazarus, a firm favourite on both Crosstown Rebels and Rebellion, whilst also receiving plaudits for his releases on Knee Deep In Sound and Circus Recordings. Moscow Records, Moss.Co and Arkityp owner Archie Hamilton is one of the UK’s most promising talents, consistently releasing high quality house and techno on the likes of Get Physical, Fuse London, 2020 Vision, Fear of Flying among others.

DP-6 is a music project founded in 2000 by Vadim Indigo and Alexey Filin. The duo's work is deeply influenced by the electronic scene of the 1990s, which has shaped their unique style and artistic vision. A turning point for DP-6 came in 2003 with the release of their debut vinyl record.

In addition to composing music, Vadim and Alexey are the founders of DP-6 Records, a label that not only releases their own tracks but also supports the talents of other artists. DP-6 is also known for their successful remixes released on various labels.

Over the years, DP-6 has performed at numerous vibrant events across a wide geographical range, including their own parties under the DP-6 Records brand.
